This is a corporate video showcasing ADNOC City Gas's commitment to providing clean, efficient, and reliable natural gas solutions for a sustainable Abu Dhabi.
Client: ADNOC City Gas distributes Natural Gas to residential, commercial, and industrial customers, completing the supply chain from production to delivery. Leveraging ADNOC’s expertise, it ensures a safe, sustainable, and uninterrupted energy supply. ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) is a state-owned energy conglomerate in the UAE, boasting a market value of $62.1 billion, generating $17.9 billion in sales and $4.7 billion in profits.
Brief: The expected outcomes of the corporate video are: Increase awareness and understanding of ADNOC City Gas's USPs among target audiences (residential, commercial, and industrial customers). Drive customer acquisition and adoption of natural gas solutions. Reinforce ADNOC City Gas's position as a catalyst for the clean energy transition. Enhance brand reputation and positive association with environmental responsibility.
Challenges: ADNOC group is quite stringent about their look and feel for their portfolio of companies, so this video follows a traditional corporate video structure. The budget was also limited reducing the amount of filming days.
Solutions: We took a straightforward approach to the video by using a voiceover to guide the narrative along with a few key speakers to make it more personal. We were able to stick within budget with minimal filming using their employees as talent, and using some stock footage.
Direction: The initial storyboard was developed with a clear introduction from the General Manager to have an impactful and personal message about the company, then a voiceover to guide the narrative and a testimony from each of their key customers: residential, commercial, and industrial. The B-rolls filmed shows both sides of the company with the customer service and administration along with operations on ground.
